From what I saw from that testging blog, those fonts are hosted on dropbox, I doubt you can run Python on it. Of course, you can't use with mine, this script also prevents hotlinking. From all of these, I don't think you understand my post at all.

One simple question, do you know what are Python and Google App Engine?

If you don't know the answer I suggest you try to find a paid service for webfont hosting. Dunno if there is a such service, but I am sure there is no free one. Or go pay someone else to set up a GAE app for you.
